Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team for managing / supervising construction activities at project sites in Islamabad and Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, and maintaining quality standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site in accordance with project plans.
- Ensure adherence to construction specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and manage work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve issues or deviations from plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and quality records.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site workers and resolve technical queries.
- Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Remain available at site 24/7.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., BIMS, PRIMEVERA, Project management software).
- Understanding of local construction regulations and standards in Pakistan.
