Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for overseeing civil works projects in Islamabad and Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, and maintaining high-quality standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee and manage daily operations at the construction site, including manpower and equipment.
- Monitor the progress of work, ensuring it aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify issues and ensure work meets standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site workers to resolve site-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.
- Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site workers as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6-8 years of work experience as a Site Supervisor in civil works projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Pakistan.
