Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Finance to join our team and assist in managing financial operations. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure efficient financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing financial strategies and plans in line with company goals.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing cash flow, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
