Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and well organized groomed Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage office procedures, and support day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including letters, emails, and packages.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing office events and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5 years as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Minimum graduate from a reputed university.
